Before You Start — Have These Ready

A working email address — this becomes your login ID. Use one you check regularly.
Your phone number — for your profile and two-factor login (optional).
The academic session you joined FNKSTS — e.g. 2015/2016. This is the session you attended your first fellowship meeting, not when you were admitted to school.
Your fellowship chapter name — the chapter at your school or institution. See Step 5 for the full list.

Personal Details

Field	What to Enter
First Name *	Your first name as it appears on official documents.
Last Name *	Your surname / family name.
Email Address *	A working email you check regularly. You will use this to log in every time.
Phone Number *	Your active Nigerian phone number — e.g. 08012345678

Use your real name. Your name is stored in the permanent fellowship record and cannot be changed easily after registration.

Membership Status — "I am a…"

Select the option that describes you right now:

 Student
You are currently enrolled in a school or university and still actively attending FNKSTS meetings at your chapter.

Alumni

You have already graduated or left school. You were a student member of FNKSTS in the past.

Your choice here determines which other fields appear — Students select a chapter, Alumni select a zone and the chapter they graduated from.

Role

Role	Choose this if…
Member	You are a regular fellowship member. Most people choose this.
Executive Member	You currently hold an official leadership position (President, Secretary, Treasurer, etc.)
Media Team	You serve on the fellowship's media, publicity, or press team.

If you select Executive Member, two extra fields will appear:

Leadership Level — choose Chapter (your school) or National
Executive Position — select your specific position from the dropdown

1. Alumni Zone — Select the zone closest to where you currently live:

Fellowship Information

This section is part of the permanent fellowship record. Fill it carefully — especially the Academic Session field.

Academic Session Joined	The session you first joined FNKSTS — when you attended your very first fellowship meeting.	Required
Year of Admission	The year you were admitted to your university or school.	Optional
Expected Graduation Year (Students)	The year you expect to graduate from your current school.	Optional
Year of Graduation (Alumni)	The actual year you graduated from your school.	Optional

How to write the Academic Session (format: YYYY/YYYY)

An academic session spans two calendar years separated by a forward slash. Use the session when you attended your first FNKSTS meeting — not when you were admitted to school.

Leadership History (Optional)

If you have ever served in a leadership position in the fellowship, you can record it here. This builds the fellowship's historical archive.

This section is optional at registration. You can skip it and add leadership records later from your Profile page at any time.

If you want to add a record now, click "Add Position" and fill in:

Create a Password

Create a password you will remember. You will use it every time you log in.

At least 6 characters long

Both password fields must match

Avoid using your name as a password

Mix letters and numbers for safety

Example of a good password: Fnksts2025!

Submit Your Registration

After filling in all the required fields, scroll to the bottom and click the "Register" button.

If registration is successful, you will see: "Registration successful! Please login."

You can then log in with your email and password at https://fnksts.teamoranch.com

After You Log In — What to Do Next

Upload a profile photo — click your avatar on the Profile page and tap the camera icon.
Complete your profile — go to Profile → Edit Profile to add your gender, date of birth, and address.
Add leadership history — go to Profile → Leadership History → Add if you have served in any position.
Join fellowship groups — go to Groups to join your chapter group or national groups.
Connect with members — go to Members to find and message your fellow members.
Install the app on your phone — open the site in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, and select "Add to Home Screen".

Common Problems & Solutions

"Email already registered"

You already have an account. Go to the homepage and log in. If you forgot your password, contact the fellowship admin.

"Academic Session Joined the Fellowship is required"

Scroll down to the Fellowship Information section. Fill in the "Academic Session Joined" field using the format YYYY/YYYY (e.g. 2015/2016).

"Passwords do not match"

Re-type both passwords carefully. Make sure Caps Lock is off and you are entering exactly the same text in both fields.

"Students must select their Fellowship Chapter"

You selected Student but did not choose a chapter. Scroll up and select your chapter from the dropdown.

"Alumni must select their Alumni Zone"

You selected Alumni but did not choose a zone. Select the zone closest to where you currently live.

My chapter is not in the list

Contact the National Secretariat through the Contact page to request that your chapter be added.

The page is not loading

Check your internet connection. Try refreshing the page. If using the app, clear the app cache or switch to Chrome browser.

I made a mistake after registering

Log in and go to Profile → Edit Profile to correct your information.
