As young people living in a fast-changing world, we face many pressures—pressure to conform, to compromise, and to follow the crowd. Social media, peer influence, and the desire for acceptance can easily pull us away from God’s will. However, the Bible reminds us that youth is not a limitation in God’s plan, but a powerful season for purpose and impact.

The Scripture says:
“Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.” (1 Timothy 4:12)

This verse teaches us that God expects young believers to live lives that reflect Christ. Our words, actions, love, faith, and purity should be a testimony to others. Being young does not excuse careless living; instead, it calls us to intentional godliness.

Faith is also essential in our daily walk with God. There will be moments when the future feels uncertain and the journey seems difficult, but God calls us to trust Him completely.
The Bible says:
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” (2 Corinthians 5:7)

Walking by faith means trusting God even when we do not understand what is happening. It means believing that God’s plans for us are good, even when challenges arise.

God also assures us that He has a clear purpose for our lives.
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” (Jeremiah 29:11)

This verse reminds us that our future is secure in God’s hands. No matter where we come from or what we are facing, God’s plan is filled with hope.

As young believers, we are encouraged to stay rooted in God’s Word, prayer, and fellowship. When we remain close to God, we gain strength to resist temptation and courage to live boldly for Christ.

Let us choose to stand strong in faith, live according to God’s Word, and shine as lights in our generation, knowing that God is with us every step of the way.
