Membership is open to any student (from any tribe, state or race) who:
Below are the aims and objectives of the fellowship:
The idea of establishing a National Secretariat came into being in the year 2006 when the leadership of the pioneer chapter thought it wise to spread the fellowship to other higher institutions of learning.
The caretaker committee of the National Secretariat was headed by Mr. Masev, Michael Imoter (now Rev. Imoter Masev) who later became the pioneer National President.
The National Secretariat coordinates and monitors all the activities of all the chapters of the Fellowship.
The Fellowship is a branch of NKST Youth Ministry which is headed by the Director of Youth Ministry. At the local levels, the Fellowship is led by an Executive Committee (EXCO) as stipulated in the Fellowship's constitution, headed by the President both at the Chapter and National level, with two (2) patrons who usually serve within the duration of 4 years.
FNKSTS is organized into 17 chapters, each serving different communities:

The establishment of an Alumni Forum came into existence after the inauguration of the Alumni Forum leadership in 2008 during the UAM Send Forth celebration. The aim is to create a platform where members who had passed through the fellowship could give back to the Fellowship.
The Alumni Forum is divided into three zones:
Note: Members outside the state shall continue to be members of their previous zones before relocating out of the state.
All members of the FNKSTS who successfully graduate from their various institutions automatically become members of the Forum and can register with the zone closest to them.
